Mike has been involved in the construction field for over 40 years. He has worked his way across southern California installing brick and stone veneer on residential tract homes, building hand-built fireplaces, and installing birck and stone hardscapes. After fine tuning his masonry craft as a journeyman, Mike became e a field superintendent for Tailored Masonry and gained valuable experience in working with homebuilders to deliver a quality product in a timely and efficient manner. Mike has now taken those skills and years of field experience and put them towards creating his own vision of a masonry company. Whether it is keeping current on environmental and human concerns such as prevention of ground water pollution, employee safety or giving back to the community thru his charitable endeavors with Home Aid Orange County, Mike is still “hands on” in his grasp to make his company a presence in the masonry industry today.

Mike and his wife of 40 years, Irene have two children Joel and Nick and four beautiful grandchildren.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Finance
from California State University Long Beach. Soon after graduation and a brief
stint traveling Europe in 2002, Nick joined his father and grandfather in the
family business, learning the family secrets and necessary skills to bid
successfully this tight construction market. Nick’s enthusiasm and willingness
to learn make him an integral team member. The future of the family business
rests in the next generation. Nick’s gregarious personality and ability to see
future trends gives Mike Cassara Masonry a bright and shining future.

Nick is an avid sports enthusiast enjoys baseball, hockey,
waterskiing, snowboarding and the challenge of bidding a complex set of plans.

Sharon began her career in the masonry industry working for Tailored Masonry of California over 20 years ago. Well before graduating from California State University Long Beach with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Finance, Sharon worked
part-time doing secretarial work after school. After graduation in 1987 she
began her full-time employment and now maintains all aspects of Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Human Resources for Mike Cassara Masonry.

Sharon’s goal is to see the world from a cruise ship; one week long cruise at
a time!
